(Sports Network) – The Milwaukee Bucks lost to the Los Angeles Lakers on
Sunday when Kobe Bryant hit a jumper with 25.1 seconds left in overtime to
lift the Lakers to a 104-103 win on Sunday at Staples Center.
Keith Van Horn poured in a season-high 32 points and grabbed nine boards while
Michael Redd netted 17 points for the Bucks, who have dropped five consecutive
contests.
Milwaukee was just 15-of-21 (71 percent) from the foul line in the loss.
The Bucks are in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, 1 1/2 game behind the
fourth-place New Orleans Hornets.
Milwaukee is off until Tuesday when it visits the Sacramento Kings. Earlier
this season, Sacramento beat the Bucks, 124-117, on February 10th at the
Bradley Center.
Van Horn has scored in double-digits in 12 straight games. He has averaged
19.9 points and 6.8 rebounds in that span.
