(Sports Network) – Rookie Willie Green scored seven of his 18 points during
a huge run that propelled the Philadelphia 76ers to a 99-94 comeback win over
the Phoenix Suns on Wednesday at the Wachovia Center.

Samuel Dalembert continued to shine with 23 points and 14 rebounds for the
Sixers, who have won two straight overall and five in a row at home. Eric Snow
had 19 points, including an 11-of-13 performance from the foul line, and Kenny
Thomas added 17 in the win.

Philadelphia, which ended a three-game slide versus Phoenix, again played
without All-Star guard Allen Iverson, who is bothered by inflammation in his
right knee. Iverson, the team’s leading scorer, has now missed a career-high
24 contests this season and the 76ers are 11-13 without him.

The Sixers, who are still alive in the playoff hunt, also played without
center Marc Jackson. The Temple product is hampered with an injured foot and
missed his 47th game of the season. According to head coach Chris Ford,
Jackson had a hard cast put on the foot and will most likely miss the rest of
the campaign.

Philadelphia is in 11th place in the Eastern Conference, two games behind
Cleveland for the final playoff spot.

The 76ers are off until Friday when they host the Cleveland Cavaliers. It
will be the fourth and final meeting of the season between the two clubs.
Cleveland has won all three contests.

Green has averaged 18.5 points, two rebounds and three assists in his last two
