(Sports Network) – Damon Stoudamire poured in a season-high 32 points to
lead Portland to a 91-85 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday at the
Rose Garden.

Stoudamire scored his team’s final 15 points and ended 11-of-22 from the field
for the Trail Blazers, who have won two of their last three games. Shareef
Abdur-Rahim added 14 points and Zach Randolph netted 13 in the win.

Portland, which has reached the playoffs 21 straight years, is one game behind
Denver for the eighth and final playoff spot in the West.

On the injury front, forward Darius Miles did not return after the half. The
team said it was an abdominal bruise but did not explain further. He was
officially day-to-day.

The Blazers, who will close a four-game homestand against the Seattle
SuperSonics on Saturday, have won five of six and seven of their last 10 at
home and are 23-13 in their arena this season.

Portland has dropped two of three to the Sonics this season, but have won
eight of the last 11 in the series. The Blazers have also won three straight,
five of six and nine of their last 11 at home in this series.
