(Sports Network) – Jermaine O’Neal returned to the lineup and poured in 23
points and grabbed 14 rebounds to lead Indiana to an 87-80 win over Miami on
Sunday at Conseco Fieldhouse.

O’Neal had missed two straight games with a knee injury for the Pacers, who
have won four straight games and are currently the top seed in the Eastern
Conference and will nail that spot down with another win or a Detroit loss.

Ron Artest added 18 points and 12 boards in the win.

O’Neal’s basket midway through the fourth gave the Pacers a 79-72 lead and the
margin grew to nine points moments later. The Heat never seriously threatened
again and did not get any closer than five points.

Indiana has won nine straight games over the Heat, including three this
season. The Pacers have also won eight of their last 10 at home versus Miami.

The Pacers have won eight of nine and 12 of their last 14 games at home
and are 29-7 in their arena this season.

Indiana will return to action on Tuesday against the Milwaukee Bucks.
