(Sports Network) – Carlos Boozer finished with 30 points and 17 rebounds to
lead the Utah Jazz to a 106-82 win over the Denver Nuggets at the Pepsi Center
on Saturday.

Boozer converted 13-of-19 shots from the field for the Jazz, who started the
season with three straight wins for the first time since it won five in a row
to open the 2000-01 campaign. Andrei Kirilenko posted 16 points, eight blocks
and seven boards.

Mehmet Okur contributed 12 points off the bench for Utah, while Raja Bell
added 10 points for the Jazz, who have won six of the last nine meetings with

Boozer, who signed with the Jazz in the offseason, has averaged 24.3 points
and 12.3 rebounds in his first three games in a Utah uniform, while Kirilenko
has registered 15.3 points, six boards and seven blocks.

The Jazz are off until Monday when they host the Nuggets in the second game of
the home-and-home set.
