(Sports Network) – Central Division rivals squared off on Saturday, as the
Chicago Bulls fell to the Indiana Pacers, 100-90, at Conseco Fieldhouse.
Chicago has lost 13 straight and 14 of its last 15 at Indiana. The last time
the Bulls won at the Pacers was on March 17, 1998.
Rookie Luol Deng scored a game-high 25 points to pace the Bulls, while Deng’s
fellow rookie Ben Gordon chipped in 17 points and Kirk Hinrich added 12 for
Chicago, which turned the ball over 23 times in the setback.
Deng has averaged 21.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in his first two games in the
NBA, while Gordon has registered 10 points per game.
The Bulls are off until Tuesday when they host the Phoenix Suns. Last season,
the clubs split a pair of games.
