=== New York Knicks Team Report – November 10 ===

(Sports Network) – The Knicks got into the win column on Tuesday night,
tallying a 96-88 victory over Philadelphia at Madison Square Garden.

Jamal Crawford scored a team-high 22 points and Nazr Mohammed added 18 points
and eight rebounds in the win. Stephon Marbury added 13 points and 12 assists
for the Knicks, who picked up their first win in three games this season
despite turning the ball over 21 times.

Crawford ended shooting 8-of-19 from the floor, and the Knicks shot 44 percent
as a team.

Trevor Ariza finished with 14 points off the bench and Kurt Thomas had eight
points, 11 rebounds and four blocks for the Knicks, who have won five of six
versus the Sixers.

The Knicks were playing their first game since assistant coach Dick Helm
resigned on Monday. Helm had been the top assistant for Lenny Wilkens ever
since Wilkens began coaching.

New York president Isiah Thomas also said before the game that he will not be
the next coach of the Knicks, squashing rumors that he was prepared to take to
the sidelines if the team’s early woes continued.
