New Orleans Hornets Team Report – November 13

=== New Orleans Hornets Team Report – November 13 ===

(Sports Network) – The reeling New Orleans Hornets will try to register
their first win in six tries this season tonight, when they battle the
Milwaukee Bucks at the Bradley Center.

New Orleans’ early season woes under new head coach Byron Scott continued
Friday night, as it dropped a 96-95 decision to the previously winless Atlanta
Hawks.

Baron Davis finished with 18 points and seven assists for the Hornets, who
started a season with five straight losses for the second time in franchise
history and opened with four straight defeats at home for the first time.
Jamaal Magloire contributed 17 points and 12 boards.

The Hornets also dropped five in a row to open the 1989-90 campaign, when they
were still in Charlotte.

Davis left late in the fourth quarter with back spasms for the Hornets, who
held a 50-39 rebounding edge. It is unknown if he will be available for
tonight’s contest.

New Orleans is 0-1 on the road this season, losing in Minnesota on November 6.

New Orleans took three of four meetings between these teams last season. This
will be one of just two contests in the series this year, as the Hornets have
been shifted to the Western Conference.
