(Sports Network) – Brad Miller had 26 points and nine rebounds and Peja
Stojakovic chipped in 22 points to lead the Sacramento Kings to a 101-89
victory over the Denver Nuggets on Sunday.

Miller was 7-for-8 from the field, canned both of his three-point attempts and
nailed 10-of-11 free throw attempts for the Kings, winners of two games in as
many nights to improve to 3-4 on the season.

The Kings led 60-55 with just under 4 1/2 minutes left in the third quarter,
before Sacramento ended the period on a 17-8 run to take a 77-63 lead into the
final 12 minutes. The Kings were never threatened in the fourth quarter en
route to the victory.

Miller has averaged 17.6 points and 8.6 rebounds in Sacramento’s first seven
games of the season.

Sacramento is off until Tuesday when it hosts the Chicago Bulls. Last season,
the Kings swept both meetings with the Bulls.
