(Sports Network) – Utah registered a narrow 107-105 victory over Charlotte on
Tuesday night.

Raja Bell’s two free throws with 15 seconds remaining in regulation helped
lift the Jazz to the comeback victory.

Bell scored 21 points off the bench and Carlos Boozer netted a season-high 34
points with a game-high 13 boards for the Jazz, who rallied from 22 points
down to win their second straight and continue their red-hot start to the
young season.

Gordan Giricek and Jarron Collins each scored 11, while Andrei Kirilenko
chipped in with 13 points as Utah improved to 6-1.

Utah, which never led until Bell’s two free throws, trimmed an early 22-point
deficit in the second quarter to four points heading into the fourth.

In a tightly contested frame, Utah pulled within one on several occasions,
99-98 and then 105-104 after Bell drained a huge three from the corner with 18
seconds remaining in the game.

Prior to the game the Jazz activated starting point guard Carlos Arroyo from
the injured list. Arroyo missed Utah’s first six games after spraining his
left ankle in the final game of the preseason. He started and scored two
points in 19 minutes.

Utah improved to 3-0 on the road and have started the year with three straight
road wins for the first time since November 2000.

The Jazz continue their four-game road trip against Orlando at TD Waterhouse
Centre tonight.
