Bucks place veteran Kukoc on IL; activate guard James

Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) – The Milwaukee Bucks placed forward Toni
Kukoc on the injured list with a right hip strain Wednesday and activated
guard Mike James from the IL.

Kukoc, who is in his third season with the Bucks, has netted just 1.8 points
per game in four contests this season. The veteran from Croatia, Kukoc has a
career average of 12.6 points to go along with 4.40 rebounds for Chicago,
Philadelphia, Atlanta and the Bucks.

In other team news, Milwaukee activated Mike James from the injured list.
James, who missed the first five games of the season with a left rib injury,
has a career average of 8.1 points per game.

The Bucks active roster now stands at 12.
