Raptors’ Williams done for season

Toronto, ON (Sports Network) – Toronto Raptors guard Alvin Williams will miss
the rest of the 2004 season with an injured right knee.

Williams underwent surgery on Monday and has been on the injured list since
November 1. He missed the entire preseason and every regular season game so

He underwent arthroscopic knee surgery in February to relieve pain and missed
26 games last season. Last season, Williams averaged 9.1 points and 4.1
assists in 56 games for the Raptors.

Williams, 30, is a Philadelphia native and starred at Villanova.
