(Sports Network) – – The Minnesota Timberwolves host the surprising Seattle
SuperSonics tonight at the Target Center.

Minnesota has won two in a row after Kevin Garnett made two free throws with
five seconds remaining to end his scoreless fourth quarter, lifting the
Timberwolves to an 83-82 come-from-behind win over the Dallas Mavericks at
AmericanAirlines Center.

Garnett finished one assist away from a triple-double with 21 points, 17
rebounds and nine helpers. Sam Cassell added 16 points for the Timberwolves,
who overcame a 12-point deficit in the final 4 1/2 minutes for their fourth
victory in five games.

Tonight’s game wraps up the Wolves’ third set of back-to-back outings of the
month, and also continues a four-games-in-five-nights holiday run that
concludes at home on Friday versus the Memphis Grizzlies.

Minnesota, which will play the Pacers on Thursday, is 3-1 at home this season.

Last season, the Timberwolves took three of four from the Sonics and could
have the advantage tonight, as the home team in this series has won 11 of the
