(Sports Network) – LeBron James poured in a career-high 43 points to lead
the Cleveland Cavaliers to an easy 92-76 win over the Detroit Pistons on
Wednesday at Gund Arena.

James ended 15-of-22 from the field and 11-of-12 from the foul line, while
Jeff McInnis netted 16 points for the red-hot Cavaliers, who have won seven of
their last eight games.

James’ 43 points were an NBA season-high. It was the most points by a Cavalier
since December 9, 2002 when Ricky Davis had 45 points.

Cleveland is 5-1 at home this year.

The Cavaliers are off until Friday when they visit the Boston Celtics at the
FleetCenter. Last season, the Celtics won three of the four contest with the
Cavaliers.
