(Sports Network) – The New Orleans Hornets’ dreadful start to the season
continued on Friday night, as they were dealt a 95-86 loss in Phoenix.

Shawn Marion had a season-high 33 points and grabbed 15 rebounds to lead the
Suns to the win at America West Arena.

Lee Nailon posted a season-high 22 points to pace the Hornets, who have lost
two straight and 10 of 11 games to start the season. Even the expansion
Charlotte Bobcats have managed more wins (2) than New Orleans this season.

Darrell Armstrong added 12 points in the setback.

Down 84-82, Phoenix reeled off eight straight points in the fourth quarter to
clinch the victory .

The Hornets will play the fourth test of a five-game road trip on Sunday night
against the Los Angeles Lakers. One of New Orleans’ losses this season was a
106-98 setback to the Lakers on November 9. The Hornets have dropped two
straight and five of their last seven to LA.
