(Sports Network) – Portland posted a surprising 100-94 win over the red hot
Seattle SuperSonics at the Rose Garden on Tuesday night.

Shareef Abdur-Rahim netted 25 points, including 11 in the final stanza, to
help Portland overcome a 10-point deficit in the win. Zach Randolph also had
a big fourth quarter with 13 of his 19 points as the Trail Blazers outscored
Seattle 38-24 in the period for their fourth win in five games.

Darius Miles added 20 points off a bench that racked up 43 points in all for
Portland. Miles shot a scorching 10-of-14 from the field.

The Blazers have won three straight and seven of their last nine meetings with
the Sonics.

Portland, which is just 3-4 on the road this season, will head to Seattle to
finish up their home-and-home set on Saturday night.
