(Sports Network) – The SuperSonics come into tonight’s contest against Utah
with a perfect 7-0 record at home this season.

The last time Seattle won its first seven contests at home was in 1993-94,
when the Sonics opened the campaign with 12 straight victories on their
homecourt.

On Tuesday, Seattle suffered a 100-94 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on
Tuesday at the Rose Garden. Rashard Lewis poured in a game-high 29 points for
the 13-3 Sonics, who lost for just the second time in 15 tries.

All-Star Ray Allen finished with 21 points in the loss to Portland, while
point guard Luke Ridnour contributed 11 points and 10 assists.

Lewis has averaged 25.5 points in his last two games. He has scored more than
20 points in 10 games this season.

Last season, the Jazz won three of the four contests with the SuperSonics.
Overall, the home team has won 10 of the last 11 meetings in this series. Utah
has won five of the last seven contests. The Jazz have lost four of their last
five at Seattle.
