Denver Nuggets Team Report – December 3

=== Denver Nuggets Team Report – December 3 ===

(Sports Network) – The Denver Nuggets found themselves on the losing end of a
92-73 decision to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers at the Pepsi
Center.

James and Anthony, the first and third picks, respectively, of the 2003 NBA
Draft, finished 1-2 in the Rookie of the Year voting last season. James took
home the honor.

Anthony posted 14 points for the Nuggets, who watched a two-game winning
streak come to an end. Andre Miller chipped in 10 in the loss.

The game was never close and the Cavaliers were in control from the start.

Denver finally made some noise and actually outscored the visitors 25-20 in
the third quarter, but it did not matter. The Cavs’ lead was simply too big —
at one point they led by as many as 25 — and they cruised the rest of the
contest to the easy victory.

Marcus Camby grabbed 10 rebounds in 31 minutes and has reached the double
digit mark in four straight outings.

The Nuggets return to action on Saturday when they host Shaquille O’Neal and
the Miami Heat.
