=== Boston Celtics Team Report – December 14 ===

(Sports Network) – The Boston Celtics beat the Los Angeles Clippers, 134-127,
in double-overtime at the Staples Center.

Ricky Davis poured in 19 of his season-best 34 points in the fourth quarter to
key the Celtics comeback. Paul Pierce delivered 33 points in just 27 minutes
due to foul troubles for Boston, which ended a five-game road trip with back-
to-back wins.

Boston is 4-7 on the road this season.

Davis is averaging 15.2 points per game this season, while Pierce has averaged
27.5 points and five rebounds in his last two games. Pierce leads Boston in
scoring (22.1 ppg).

The Celtics are off until Wednesday when they host Carmelo Anthony and the
Denver Nuggets. Last season, Boston swept the two meetings between the clubs.
