(Sports Network) – The Minnesota Timberwolves visit the Toronto Raptors
tonight at Air Canada Centre.

In 2003-04, Minnesota swept its two contests against the Raptors. Overall,
Minnesota has won three straight and four of the last five meetings in this
series. The Timberwolves have won three of their last five at Toronto.

The Raptors and Minnesota will play once more during the regular season. The
Timberwolves are scheduled to host Toronto on January 17, 2005 at the Target
Center.

The Timberwolves are 8-4 as the visitor this season.

Minnesota comes into tonight’s game having won eight of its last 10 games. On
Wednesday, Wally Szczerbiak poured in a game-high 28 points to lead the
Timberwolves to a 100-89 win over the Portland Trail Blazers at the Target
Center.

Kevin Garnett contributed 19 points and 19 rebounds for the Timberwolves,
while Sam Cassell added 19 points and 13 assists. Forward Eddie Griffin came
off the bench and netted 13 points and grabbed 13 boards in the win.
