Bucks sign House

Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) – The Milwaukee Bucks have signed free agent
guard Eddie House. Terms of the contract were not disclosed.

“Eddie House is a young, athletic player who we were able to sign after the
league granted us an exemption to have a fourth player on the injured list,”
said general manager Larry Harris. “Eddie was having a career year with
Charlotte before being waived. We think he’ll be a productive addition to our
backcourt.”

House is in his fifth campaign after being drafted by the Miami Heat with the
37th overall pick in the 2000 NBA Draft. In 242 career NBA games, House has
averaged 7.1 points, 1.8 assists and 1.7 rebounds. He spent spent three
seasons with the Heat before playing in 60 games for the Clippers during the
2003-04 campaign.

In 13 games with Charlotte this season, he averaged 11.1 points while shooting
45.2 percent from the field and 41.4 percent from the three-point line – all
career-high totals.
