=== New Orleans Hornets Team Report – December 23 ===

(Sports Network) – The New Orleans Hornets added another loss on Wednesday
night to what has already been a dreadful season.

The latest setback came in Los Angeles, as the Hornets were handed a 101-89
loss by the Lakers.

David Wesley registered 20 points and Lee Nailon added 18 for the Hornets, who
lost for the fourth consecutive time and fell to a dismal 2-24 on the season.
P.J. Brown compiled 14 points and 17 boards in defeat.

Baron Davis, who had missed the last 19 games with an inflamed disk in his
lower back, poured in 17 points in 17 minutes for New Orleans. He made good on
5-of-9 attempts from three-point range.

The Hornets will play the fourth test of their five-game road trip on Sunday
night in Cleveland.
