=== Houston Rockets Team Report – January 18 ===

(Sports Network) – The Houston Rockets host the Indiana Pacers on Tuesday at
the Toyota Center. This is the first of two meetings this season between the
clubs. The Pacers are scheduled to host the Rockets on February 11th at
Conseco Fieldhouse.

Houston has won two of the last three meetings in this series, while
Indiana has won four of the last six contests. The Pacers have won two of
three and four of their last six at Houston.

On Monday, the Rockets fell to the Memphis Grizzlies, 99-80, at FedExForum.
Tracy McGrady scored a game-high 28 points for the Rockets, who had their
four-game winning streak halted. David Wesley finished with 13 points and was
the only other Rocket in double figures.

After tonight’s contest, the Rockets go on the road for two games. Houston is
scheduled to visit the Orlando Magic on Thursday and the New York Knicks on
Friday.

McGrady has scored 20 or more points in 16 of his last 17 games and has scored
in double-digits in all 36 games he has played in this season. He leads the
Rockets in scoring (24.9 ppg) and assists (5.7 apg).

All-Star Center Yao Ming has struggled in his last three games for the
Rockets. Yao has scored in double figures just once in that span and has
averaged just nine points and 7.3 rebounds. The two-time All-Star is averaging
18 points and 8.3 boards in 37 games this season for Houston.

Houston is 13-8 as the host this season. The Rockets have won two straight and
five of their last six at the Toyota Center.

The Rockets lost to the Knicks earlier this season, as New York edged Houston,
93-92, on November 18th at Madison Square Garden.

Houston will play the Magic for the first time this season. The teams are also
scheduled to play on January 24th at the Toyota Center.
