Hill undergoes MRI on wrist
Orlando, FL (Sports Network) – Orlando Magic forward Grant Hill underwent
an MRI on his right wrist on Wednesday, one day after scoring a season-low
Hill, who shot just 4-of-14 in a win over the defending champion Detroit
Pistons on Tuesday, played just three minutes of the fourth quarter last night
before leaving. He originally hurt the wrist back on January 8 after taking a
spill against the New Jersey Nets.
The 30-year-old Hill, a six-time All-Star selection, had played just 47 games
in four years for the Magic because of ankle injuries before this season.
This year, though, Hill has missed just one game, back on December 10 because
of a right shin injury.
Hill, who has said he will play on Thursday when the Magic welcome former
teammate Tracy McGrady back to the TD Waterhouse Centre, is averaging 18.8
points on 51-percent shooting this season for the Magic.
