(Sports Network) – The Bobcats came up short in Toronto on Sunday afternoon,
falling 103-92 to the Toronto Raptors at Air Canada Centre.

added 14 points and 11 assists. Rookie forward Emeka Okafor tallied 11
rebounds, but just nine points.

Jason Kapono netted 12 points for Charlotte, which has dropped eight straight
and 14 of their last 15 contests. Kareem Rush posted 11 points in the setback,
while Keith Bogans notched 10.

The Bobcats shot 42 percent in the contest, while allowing Toronto to drain 51
percent of its attempts. The big difference in the game was from three-point
range, as the Raptors outscored Toronto, 30-9.

Charlotte point guard Brevin Knight missed his second straight game with a
sprained left ankle. Knight is listed as day-to-day.

Charlotte (8-29) has fallen to just a half-game ahead of Atlanta for the worst
record in the Eastern Conference. In fact, the Bobcats barely lead New Orleans
(7-33) for the worst record in the contest.

The Bobcats have a four-game week coming up, as they take on Boston, Chicago,
Toronto and the Lakers. Charlotte hosts Boston on Tuesday and then travels to
Chicago on Thursday. The Bobcats host Toronto on Friday and complete the week
against the Lakers at the Staples Center.
