Pacers’ Jackson suspended, again
New York, NY (Sports Network) – Indiana Pacers guard Stephen Jackson was
suspended for one game without pay on Thursday for verbally abusing a game
Jackson verbally went after the officials after the Pacers’ 98-97 home loss to
Toronto on Wednesday. Jackson was called for a foul on Jalen Rose, leading to
the game-winning free throws with just 0.4 seconds remaining.
Jackson was suspended for 30 games earlier this season for his part in the
infamous brawl in Detroit. He will miss Indiana’s game Friday night against
Dallas at Conseco Fieldhouse for this most recent infraction.
