Hedo Turkoglu added 24 off the bench and Orlando held off Atlanta, 101-96, at
TD WaterHouse Centre. Francis shot just 8-of-23 from the floor, but added nine
assists with seven boards, while Grant Hill contributed 16 points for Orlando,
which snapped a three-game slide. Dwight Howard had an outstanding game for
the Magic, netting 15 points with a game-high 20 rebounds. Antoine Walker and
Tony Delk each scored 25 points, while Josh Childress collected 19 points with
10 boards for the Hawks, who have dropped 11 of 14 overall and fell for the
13th straight time in foreign buildings.

Detroit, MI (Sports Network) – Tayshaun Prince scored 25, Rasheed Wallace
added 23 points and a season-high 15 rebounds, and the Detroit Pistons rolled
to a 103-81 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers in a rematch of last year’s
NBA Finals at The Palace. Chauncey Billups collected 15 points and a season-
high 11 assists for the defending-champion Pistons, who rebounded from a 22-
point loss at New Jersey on Saturday to win for the sixth time in seven games.
Richard Hamilton added 11 points in the win, and Ben Wallace scored seven with
15 rebounds. Lamar Odom scored 17 to lead Los Angeles, which has lost four of
its last five games. The Lakers are just 6-8 since Kobe Bryant went on the
injured list with a severely sprained right ankle.

Seattle, WA (Sports Network) – Ray Allen poured in a game-high 34 points to
lead Seattle past Sacramento, 115-107, at Key Arena. The SuperSonics have won
four straight, while the Kings have lost three in a row. Rashard Lewis
contributed 12 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter, while Antonio Daniels
added 18 off the bench for Seattle. Peja Stojakovic paced the Kings with 28
points. Cuttino Mobley had 23 points and Chris Webber added 19 in the loss for
Sacramento. Mike Bibby netted 16 points in a losing cause.
