(Sports Network) – The Houston Rockets try to halt a three-game losing skid
on Tuesday when they visit the Chicago Bulls at the United Center. Since
winning eight straight, the Rockets have fallen to Seattle, San Antonio and
Utah.

It will be the second and final meeting of the season between the Rockets and
Bulls. Houston defeated Chicago, 105-92, on February 9th at the Toyota Center
and has won four straight games in the series. The Bulls have dropped three
straight, and five of their last six at Houston

On Sunday, Houston dropped a 99-92 contest to the visiting Jazz. Tracy McGrady
scored 23 points and recently acquired Mike James added 21 for the Rockets,
who currently sit sixth in the Western Conference standings.

Yao Ming and David Wesley each netted 12 points and Juwan Howard chipped in
with 11 points and nine rebounds in Sunday’s loss for Houston, which made 50
percent (32-of-64) of its attempts from the field. The Rockets were just 5-
of-20 from beyond the arc.

The Rockets had lost only twice in their previous 14 games before the current
skid.

McGrady has played 40 or more minutes in all three of Houston’s games since
the All-Star break. He is averaging 20.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and six assists
in that span.

Houston will visit the Washington Wizards on Wednesday, and plays six of its
next seven games, including Tuesday, on the road. The Rockets are scheduled to
return home on Sunday to face the Dallas Mavericks, before going on the road
for four straight.

After playing Dallas, the Rockets will visit the Seattle SuperSonics, Phoenix
Suns, Sacramento Kings and the Golden State Warriors on the four-game road
trip.
