Camby sidelined with hamstring injury

Denver, CO (Sports Network) – Denver Nuggets center Marcus Camby was forced to
sit out Monday’s contest against the Portland Trail Blazers because of a
strained right hamstring.

The news of the injury came on the same day that Camby was named the Western
Conference Player of the Week. Camby collected three straight double-doubles
in helping the Nuggets to a 3-0 mark last week.

The 6-foot-11 Camby is averaging 10.1 points and 10.0 rebounds in 50 games
with the Nuggets this season.
