Orlando’s Hill sidelined with bruised shin
Orlando, FL (Sports Network) – Orlando Magic forward Grant Hill is expected to
miss at least two games with a bruised left shin.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, Hill was kicked in the shin during a game
last week against Sacramento and had been receiving treatment since.
Hill, who started in this year’s All-Star Game, has already missed one contest
this year with a bruised right shin. The team is saying, though, that neither
injury is related to the serious left ankle injuries he has suffered
throughout his career.
On the season, Hill is averaging 19.3 points, 4.4 rebounds and 3.4 assists.
The 10-year veteran, who was originally drafted out of Duke by the Detroit
Pistons with the third pick in the 1994 draft, has posted 20.8 points, 7.5
boards and 5.8 assists in 538 career games.
