Clippers activate Livingston

Los Angeles, CA (Sports Network) – The Los Angeles Clippers activated guard
Shaun Livingston from the injured list prior to Saturday’s game with the
Sacramento Kings.

Livingston, the fourth overall selection in the 2004 NBA draft, has not played
since tearing cartilage in his right shoulder during a February 15 contest
against Orlando. It was the second stint on the IL for the rookie, who also
missed 39 games earlier this year with a dislocated right kneecap.

The 19-year-old Livingston has been limited to just 13 games this season and
is averaging 5.5 points, 3.3 assists and 21.8 minutes.

In a related move, the Clippers placed veteran guard Kenny Anderson on the
injured list due to back spasms.

Anderson, who joined Los Angeles on February 28 after being released by the
Atlanta Hawks, has averaged 2.0 points and 1.3 assists in four games with the
Clippers.
