Indiana Pacers Team Report – March 28

=== Indiana Pacers Team Report – March 28 ===

(Sports Network) – The Pacers will attempt to get back on the winning track
this evening, when they head to Milwaukee to battle the Pacers at the Bradley
Center.

Milwaukee has won two of three meetings between the teams this season. The
Bucks have won six of eight and nine of their last 15 meetings. Indiana has
lost four straight and eight of its last nine at Milwaukee.

Indiana saw a two-game win streak come to an end on Saturday, as it lost
100-96 to the Chicago Bulls at the United Center. The Pacers now sit in a tie
with Philadelphia for seventh, but lost the season series between the teams so
they reside in the eighth slot.

Stephen Jackson poured in 34 points to lead the Pacers, while Fred Jones added
20 points and Austin Croshere scored 16 in the loss. Jackson has been quite
good as of late, tallying 22.6 points per game in March.

Indiana played yet another game without starting point guard Jamaal Tinsley
(bruised foot). It is unknown when Tinsley will return to the court. Star
forward Jermaine O’Neal (shoulder) remains on the sidelines as well.

The Pacers, who are closing out a three-game road trip tonight, are 15-20 in
foreign buildings for the year. Indiana has lost six of nine and seven of its
last 11 road tilts.

Following tonight’s game, Indiana will have consecutive days off before
hosting Miami on Thursday. The Pacers will then hit the road to face
Washington on Sunday and New York next Tuesday.
