Spurs activate Duncan
Salt Lake City, UT (Sports Network) – The San Antonio Spurs have activated
All-Star forward/center Tim Duncan off the injured list. Duncan suffered a
severely sprained right ankle against Detroit on March 20 and was placed on
the IL the next day.
The two-time MVP, who missed the last 12 games, is averaging 20.9 points, 11.4
rebounds, 2.8 assists and 2.68 blocks in 62 games this season.
Also, the Spurs placed forward Linton Johnson III on the injured list with a
left ankle injury. Johnson has appeared in two games for the Spurs this season
