Pistons controlling Game 4

Auburn Hills, MI (Sports Network) – Game 4 of the NBA Finals has reached
halftime and the Detroit Pistons are leading the San Antonio Spurs 51-36 at
The Palace.

The Pistons, who held a 23-17 advantage after the first quarter, shot a
sizzling 47 percent from the field in the opening half. Chauncey Billups has
11 points to lead Detroit, while teammate Rasheed Wallace has buried a pair of

Spurs guard Manu Ginobili, who had averaged 26.5 points per game in the first
two contests, has just six through two quarters after scoring seven points in
Game 3.

Tim Duncan has 11 points and 10 rebounds to lead San Antonio, which is
shooting 35 percent from the floor.

San Antonio won the first two games of the best-of-seven series in Texas, but
the defending champion Pistons are trying to even the set at two games apiece
after winning Game 3 at home.

Game 5 is set for Sunday at The Palace.
