Rockets’ Howard suspended one game

New York, NY (Sports Network) – The National Basketball Association announced
Saturday that Houston Rockets forward Juwan Howard has been suspended one game
without pay stemming from an incident during Friday night’s loss against

Howard was ejected with 5:55 left in the second quarter after shoving the
basketball into Mike James’ face. James finished with 30 points in the 112-92
win, while Howard had only two points and four rebounds.

The Michigan product is expected to serve his one-game suspension Sunday night
when Houston hosts Denver.
