Larry Brown fined $20K

New York, NY (Sports Network) – New York Knicks Hall of Fame head coach Larry
Brown was fined $20,000, NBA senior vice president of basketball operations
Stu Jackson announced Thursday.

Brown was fined for not leaving the court in a timely manner after his
ejection during Tuesday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The incident occurred at Madison Square Garden with less than six minutes to
go in a 130-97 win over Los Angeles.

In his first season in the Big Apple, Brown has guided the Knicks to a 14-30
record — last place in the Atlantic Division. He was introduced as head coach
last summer.
