Bobcats aim to end skid against Orlando

(Sports Network) – The Charlotte Bobcats attempt to stop a four-game
losing streak tonight when they host the Orlando Magic.

Charlotte’s skid reached four games on Saturday in a 108-103 loss to the
Detroit Pistons.

Primoz Brezec had 20 points and seven boards and Jake Voskuhl posted 18 points
and seven rebounds for the Bobcats, who have lost six of their last eight
games. Raymond Felton added 12 points and seven assists in the loss.

Orlando, meanwhile, has just five wins over its last 21 games and will also
try to halt a 15-game road losing streak.

The Magic were dealt a 108-107 overtime loss on Sunday against the Atlanta
Hawks at Philips Arena.

Jameer Nelson led Orlando with 18 points. Hedo Turkoglu tallied 16 for the
Magic, who saw their two-game winning streak come to an end. Dwight Howard
scored 13 points and grabbed 15 boards.

Orlando has lost 15 games away from TD Waterhouse Centre and matched the
longest such streak set from November 24 – January 24, 1990.

Orlando, which is 6-28 on the road in 2005-06, has won all three meetings
with Charlotte this season. It posted wins on November 15th, January 7th and
January 20th.
