LeBron likely to return Sunday
Cleveland, OH (Sports Network) – Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James
will likely return to the lineup Sunday against the Washington Wizards after
sitting out one game with a sprained left ankle.
The Cavaliers said James participated in a full practice on Saturday and
listed him as probable for Sunday’s game.
James was hurt in the third quarter of Wednesday’s game against Detroit and
sat out the following night against the New York Knicks. The Cavaliers have
just three games remaining in the regular season and are locked into the
fourth seed in the Eastern Conference playoffs.
The MVP candidate leads Cleveland in scoring, assists and steals. He is
averaging 31.6 points, 6.6 assists and 1.6 steals per game, while also pulling
down 7.1 rebounds — third-best on the club.
