Bucks host Celtics

(Sports Network) – The Milwaukee Bucks try to win back-to-back games
tonight, as they host the Boston Celtics at the Bradley Center.

On Wednesday, sharp-shooting guard Michael Redd scored 32 points as the Bucks
came back to edge the Allen Iverson-less Philadelphia 76ers, 98-94, at the
Bradley Center.

Ruben Patterson scored 18 points in the win over the Sixers for the Bucks, who
snapped a three-game losing streak. Andrew Bogut posted 14 points and nine
rebounds, while Charlie Bell netted 13 in the victory.

Milwaukee, which wraps up a two-game homestand this evening, hits the road for
a four-game swing after tonight’s contest. The Bucks will visit the Lakers,
Phoenix, Golden State and Utah on the upcoming road trip.

The Bucks are 2-3 at the Bradley Center this season.

Boston tries to bounce back from a brutal loss. On Friday, Steve Francis
scored 22 points to lead the New York Knicks to a 101-75 rout of the Celtics
at TD Banknorth Garden.

Wally Szczerbiak finished with 16 points in the loss to the Knicks for Boston,
while Paul Pierce added 12 for the Celtics, who have lost two in a row after
winning three straight.

The Celtics are 1-3 on the road this season.

Boston has lost four of its last five at Milwaukee. The Bucks swept the
season-series, 3-0, in 2005-06 and have won seven of the last 10 contests
overall against the Celtics.
