lead the Chicago Bulls to a 106-95 win over the New York Knicks at Madison
Square Garden.

Kirk Hinrich added 21 points and eight assists and Andres Nocioni had 19
points and seven rebounds for the Bulls, who ended a seven-game road trip with
their only win.

for the Knicks, whose struggles continue. Steve Francis had 15 points and

job.

The Bulls led the entire way, carrying a 27-21 lead after one quarter, and
leading 38-30 when they began their 16-2 run. Chris Duhon hit a pair of threes
during the surge and Deng and Malik Allen combined for eight points, as
Chicago went ahead 54-32.

The run allowed Chicago to carry a 54-34 lead into halftime and the third
quarter was much of the same, as the Bulls led 82-62 going into the final 12
minutes.

New York made it interesting late, drawing within 98-93 when Curry hit a
bucket with under two minutes to play. However, Chicago buckled down and
scored eight of the final 10 points on its way to victory.
