rebounds as Toronto beat up on Atlanta, 105-94, at Air Canada Centre. Bosh
finished 8-of-11 from the floor and 5-of-11 from the line while Joey
Graham scored 19 points and pulled down eight boards in the victory. Morris
Peterson donated 16 points, Andrea Bargnani had 12 and Jose Calderon also
contributed 12 with a season-high 12 assists for the Raptors, who
snapped a three-game losing skid. Marvin Williams posted 24 points on 9-
of-15 shooting for the Hawks, who have lost eight in a row and nine of 10.

four blocks as the Orlando Magic erupted for 16 straight points in the second
half to down the Charlotte Bobcats, 106-74, at Amway Arena. Jameer Nelson
scored 20 points and Hedo Turkoglu finished with 14 points and five assists
for Orlando, which has won three in a row. Matt Carroll had a team-best 19
points off the bench while Raymond Felton donated 11 points and seven
assists for the Bobcats, who have dropped two in a row.

in the final minute of play, as the New Jersey Nets rallied past the Chicago
Bulls 91-86 at Continental Airlines Arena. Kidd ended with 17 points, 10
rebounds and seven assists for the Nets, who overcame an 18-0 deficit to
start the game to win for the third straight time. Vince Carter had a team-
high 21 points and Richard Jefferson added 18 points for New Jersey, which has
won 10 straight at home against the Bulls. Luol Deng had 22 points and 11
rebounds to lead Chicago, which has dropped two straight. Andres Nocioni
added 19 points for the Bulls, who scored only two points during the final

Celtics took down the new-look Memphis Grizzlies, 128-119. Tony Allen scored
20 points for Boston, which had lost seven of eight entering the game. The
Celtics continued to play without Paul Pierce, who has sat out with a left
foot injury since December 20. Delonte West scored 16 points and tallied
11 assists for Boston and Brian Scalabrine scored 16 points as well. Al

Gasol scored 24 points each for the Grizzlies, who have flourished

San Antonio, TX (Sports Network) – Dirk Nowitzki poured in a season-high 36
points and Josh Howard came up huge with 18 points and 12 rebounds, as Dallas
stretched its winning streak to 13 games with a 90-85 decision over the Spurs.
Nowitzki and Howard were the only two Dallas players in double figures, but
the Mavericks were able to rally from a 12-point second-quarter deficit.
Dallas, which is 27-3 since losing its first four games of the season, can
equal a franchise record for its longest winning streak with a triumph over
Kobe Bryant and the Lakers Sunday night in Los Angeles. The Mavericks won 14
in a row to start the 2002-03 season. Manu Ginobili had 25 points to lead the
Spurs, who trail Dallas by four games for first place in the Southwest
Division. Tim Duncan had 18 points, but hurt the Spurs by going just 6-of-13
from the free-throw line.

Minneapolis, MN (Sports Network) – Kevin Garnett sank the game-winning
jumper as time expired in overtime to lift Minnesota over Philadelphia,
104-102 at the Target Center. Garnett, who finished with 25 points, 14
rebounds and five assists, took the inbound pass with 3.3 seconds left,
turned around and put up an easy 15-foot fadeaway over Samuel Dalembert for
the win. Trenton Hassell scored a career-high 22 points on 10-of-13 shooting
while Mark Blount posted a double-double with 16 points and 10
boards for the Timberwolves, who have won three in a row. Ricky Davis also
poured in 16 points and Randy Foye had 11 and dished out 10 assists in
defeat. Kyle Korver netted 25 points on 9-of-18 from the field for the
Sixers, who have dropped two straight to finish 2-5 on their seven-game road
trip. Andre Iguodala finished with 23 points and nine assists while
Andre Miller donated 18 points with 11 helpers in defeat.

Milwaukee, WI (Sports Network) – Drew Gooden scored 31 points and grabbed 16
rebounds as the Cleveland Cavaliers beat the Milwaukee Bucks, 95-86, despite a
season-low eight points from LeBron James. Larry Hughes scored 22 points for
the Cavs, who won their third straight and their sixth of seven. Zydrunas
Ilgauskas scored 11 points, raked in eight boards, and blocked five shots
for Cleveland. Michael Redd scored 26 points for Milwaukee, which has lost
three of four. Andrew Bogut scored 16 points and pulled down 10 boards,
and Brian Skinner pulled down 10 boards as well to go with his eight

Houston Rockets over the Utah Jazz, 100-86, at the Toyota Center. Shane
Battier added 15 points and Dikembe Mutombo, playing for the injured Yao
Ming, had nine points and 19 rebounds for the Rockets, who never trailed in
the contest and won their season-best fifth straight game. Deron Williams
had 19 points and eight assists to lead the Jazz, who had a two-game win
streak halted. Andrei Kirilenko added 16 points and Carlos Boozer had 15
points and 17 rebounds for Utah, which fell behind early and never
recovered.

22 points, as the Suns continued their amazing surge with a 108-80 rout over
the shorthanded Miami Heat. Amare Stoudemire added 20 points and 10
rebounds for the Suns, who are on a five-game winning streak and have captured
23 of their last 26 following a 1-5 start to the season. Shawn Marion tallied
11 points and 11 rebounds for Phoenix, which was without Raja Bell. The
veteran guard was suspended for a game for kicking Toronto Raptors forward
Andrea Bargnani during Wednesday’s game. Also, Heat head coach Pat Riley
underwent successful right knee surgery on Friday, days after taking an
