Warriors’ Davis suspended one game

New York, NY (Sports Network) – Golden State guard Baron Davis was suspended
one game by the league on Saturday for swinging at Quinton Ross of the
Clippers on Wednesday.

The incident occurred in the fourth quarter of the Warriors’ 115-109 loss to
Los Angeles with 1:47 on the clock. Davis, who netted 23 points against the
Clippers on Wednesday, will serve his suspension Saturday against Cleveland.

In 36 games this season, Davis is averaging 20.9 points, 8.6 assists and 4.7
rebounds per game.
