LeBron day-to-day with toe injury

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) – Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James
is listed as day-to-day with a sprained right big toe and missed Friday’s
105-97 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

James had an MRI exam on Thursday at The Cleveland Clinic and the results came
back negative. Cleveland’s medical staff re-examined James on Friday and,
along with head coach Mike Brown and general manager Danny Ferry, a decision
was made that James would sit out against the Sixers.

The All-Star is averaging 27.1 points, 6.8 rebounds and 6.1 assists per game
this season for the Cavaliers.

James led all players in votes received and was selected as a starter to the
2007 Eastern Conference All-Star team by the fans on Thursday.

For his four-year career, James has averaged 26.6 points, 6.6 boards and 6.5
assists in 280 games.
