Portland, OR (Sports Network) – Ben Gordon scored 33 points, as the Chicago

With the score deadlocked at 80, Duhon converted a pair of free throws with
51.8 seconds left, but Jack scored on an up-and-under jumper in the lane with
32.7 seconds remaining to again tie the score.

Gordon then got fouled and converted both free throws with 22.3 seconds left
for a two-point Bulls lead. Roy cut through the lane on the ensuing
possession, but missed on a layup.

Duhon then hit a pair from the charity stripe with 12.7 seconds remaining to
make it a two-possession game.

Jack got an easy layup with 6.8 seconds left to cut Portland’s deficit back to
two, but Gordon hit another pair from the line with 5.9 seconds on the clock
to seal the win.

The first quarter featured a defensive battle, with the Blazers taking a 16-12
lead into the second.

The Bulls blew the game open in the second quarter, more than doubling their
first-quarter points total. Chicago had an eight-point lead when it closed the
stanza on a 15-6 burst capped by a Hinrich hook shot with two ticks left for a
45-28 halftime Bulls lead.

However, Portland regrouped in the locker room. After Gordon converted a pair
of free throws 17 seconds in, the Blazers took off on a 26-7 run capped by a
Dixon jumper with 3:19 left to tie things at 54. They trailed by just three
