(Sports Network) – The New York Knicks will hit the road tonight when they

The Knicks have alternated wins and losses over the last 11 games, and posted
a 106-97 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Friday at Madison Square
Garden.

way for New York, which is 5 1/2 games off the lead in the Atlantic Division.

Curry tallied 22 points and seven rebounds.

New York, which is two games off the eighth and final playoff spot in the
East, has dropped four in a row on the road and owns a 10-20 record away
from the Big Apple this season.

Meanwhile, the Hawks have lost four straight, including Friday’s 93-92 setback
to the Washington Wizards in the finale of a three-game road trip at the
Verizon Center.

Josh Smith had 24 points and 14 rebounds and Marvin Williams donated 21 points
for Atlanta, which has lost six of seven. Joe Johnson added 20 points and six
assists in a losing effort.

Atlanta is last in the Southeast standings and 10-17 at Philips Arena this
season.

the season. The series is tied at a game apiece, but the Knicks have won two
of three and three of the last five encounters.
