Bobcats’ Knight fined
New York, NY (Sports Network) – The NBA on Tuesday fined Charlotte Bobcats
guard Brevin Knight $25,000 for verbal abuse of a game official and failing to
leave the court in a timely manner.
The incident occurred at the end of the Bobcats 115-107 loss to Memphis in
Charlotte on Saturday.
This is the second time Knight has been fined by the league this season. He
was levied a $10,000 fine for failing to leave the court after being ejected
in a game against Seattle.
Knight has played in 31 games for the Bobcats this season and averages 9.5
points and 6.2 assists per game.
