Charlotte’s Morrison fined

Charlotte, NC (Sports Network) – Charlotte Bobcats rookie forward Adam
Morrison was fined $25,000 for making an obscene gesture at a fan during a
game against the Miami Heat.

The incident occurred with 1:18 remaining in the Bobcats’ 111-103 overtime
victory against on Sunday. Morrison missed the game with a sprained tendon in
his left knee.

Morrison, the only Bobcats’ player and NBA rookie to play through the first 77
games, will sit out his second straight contest on Tuesday night. He is
averaging 11.9 points and 3.0 rebounds per game this season.
