TJ Ford: I’ll Be Back This Season
Toronto Raptors assistant athletic trainer and physical therapist Rory Mullin kneaded and maneuvered point guard T.J. Ford’s neck for 15 minutes after the team’s morning practice session at AT&T Center, then retrieved Ford’s reading glasses from a courtside seat.
"Man, you got fingerprints all over the lenses," Ford whined. Then he laughed. "That’s all right. They’re talented fingers."
Ford appreciates a therapist’s talented fingers as he rehabilitates his latest neck injury, this one suffered Dec. 11 in a game at Atlanta. He smiled throughout a brief interview session Friday morning and promised he would be back on the court this season…(Click here for more from MySA.com.)
