Chauncey Billups: Orlando’s Break not an Advantage
The Magic are much more rested after finishing their first round series on Monday in Orlando. The Pistons needed six games before eliminating the 76ers in Philadelphia on Thursday, then flew home to Detroit and practiced lightly on Friday.
"Me, I like to keep playing without much time off. The only way it helps you to have a long layoff is if you’re banged up. If you’re healthy, you’re better off playing," he said. "Especially if you’re playing well, and we are, you want to keep the momentum going. Practices are fine, but it’s nothing like a game situation." [Orlando Sentinel]
