LeBron James Monitoring Moves by Knicks
LeBron James, who will be at the Garden Tuesday, said from Cleveland yesterday he’s monitoring the goings-on around the NBA as teams scramble to get under the salary cap to sign him.
In his first remarks since the Knicks cleared cap space Friday to sign him, King James told reporters in Cleveland, "2010 is a big summer. It’s two years away, but time goes fast. We’ll see what happens. You watch what’s going on."
"I figured that would happen," James told the News-Herald. "They don’t care about the guys that were coming to the Knicks. It gets funny. Guys need things to write about some times. I’m OK with it."
